Landon Ashby will be joining the Upper School as a Music Teacher. Landon most recently worked as an instructor for the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program. Landon holds a Master’s degree in Film and Game Music and Production from the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program.
Anda Bereczky will be joining the Upper School as a Computer, Engineering, and Design Teacher. Anda most recently taught at Nathan Hale High School. Anda holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
Bea Chang will be joining the Upper School as an English Teacher. Most recently, Bea taught at Taipei American School in Taipei, Taiwan. Bea holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Washington.
Alex Gamberg will transition from the position of K-12 Substitute to Upper School English Faculty, Yearbook Advisor, and working with the Upper School Cascades Program and Middle School E-Week.
Miriam Jaffe will be joining the Upper School as a Health Teacher. Most recently, Miriam taught at Lake Washington Girls Middle School. Miriam holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University in Utah.
Lindsay Longshore will be joining the Upper School as a Math Teacher. Most recently, Lindsay taught at The Hockaday School in Dallas, Texas. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Special Education and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Miami.
Jéhan Òsanyìn will be joining the Upper School as a Drama Teacher. Jehan comes to The Bush School from Earthseed as their Executive Director. Jéhan holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Point Park University in Pittsburgh.
Morgan Root will be joining the Upper School as a Math Teacher. Most recently, Morgan taught at Seattle Waldorf High School. Morgan studied Applied Mathematics at North Carolina State University.
Maria del Mar Yepes Vivas will be joining the Upper School as a Math and Science Teacher. Most recently, Maria taught at University Preparatory Academy. Maria holds a Master’s in Education from the University of San Francisco.
