Magnus Health Portal Update: Contacts Glitch
The Bush School’s Magnus Health Portal is connected to our Community Portal (Blackbaud) for key personal information. We have recently been made aware of individuals experiencing issues when attempting to make updates or submitting the portion of the Vital Health Record.
Please note, if you are attempting to save the Emergency Contact section of the Vital Health Record and are encountering an error message, please contact the school’s Magnus Health Administrator at mainoffice@bush.edu.

Parents/Guardians are not able to make direct changes to Magnus Health in fields that are marked as red. To ensure that the information in both portals are always in sync, please notify the School at mainoffice@bush.edu of changes you wish to make. We will update both the Portal and Magnus Health for you.
If there are no changes, and you experience an issue, please continue to complete the other portions of the Vital Health record and let us know. The Administrator will save the Emergency Contacts part on the School’s end and submit the completed Vital Health Record for review.
