Volunteer for the Annual Fund—Note Writers Needed!

Annual Fund Campaign Dates: Thursday, September 25–Friday, October 31
Notes Due: Monday, September 22

We are still in need of a few more volunteers for note writing! If you are a parent or guardian in any of the following grades, the Annual Fund team would appreciate your help:

Third Grade
Seventh Grade
Ninth Grade

What you’ll do (quick and meaningful notes):
  • Handwrite brief, friendly notes encouraging participation in the Annual Fund to several families in your grade
  • Return completed cards by Monday, September 22.
All supplies and templates are provided by the Development Office.

Your words help cultivate community and inspire giving across K–12, small notes, big impact.
Ready to jump in? Email Annual Giving Manager Laurel Messenger at laurel.messenger@bush.edu with questions or to volunteer.
