Health and Wellness Week at The Bush School

Upper School and Middle School students have been enjoying Health and Wellness Week, Monday, October 6 through Thursday, October 9. This week has been designed to help students build strong habits and understand how physical, mental, and social well-being work together to support overall wellness.

On Tuesday, October 14, Lower School students, faculty, and staff will kick-off a Health and Wellness Week that runs through Friday, October 17.

What to Expect:
Students are invited to take part in daily activities focused on the three pillars that guide our Health and Wellness Department:
  • Physical Well-Being: Building skills, confidence, and lifelong movement habits that make activity enjoyable and accessible.
  • Mental Well-Being: Practicing self-regulation, focus, and resilience to help students manage challenges and support learning.
  • Social Well-Being: Cultivating healthy relationships and responsible choices, grounded in inclusion and community care.
All activities will take place during the school day, including breaks, lunch, and short classroom integrations.
We look forward to supporting and celebrating student wellness together as a school community!
