Please join us on Thursday, April 23 for an in-person Parents and Guardians Back-to-School Forms Session with School Wellness Coordinator Happy Salinas-Santos and August Schools Administrator Tammy Gyapong.
This is a session to share what you need to know about Back-to-School forms for the 2026-27 school year, how to complete your child’s information, and have paper copies of forms you may need to bring to your child’s healthcare provider, and to answer questions you may have.
