The Annual Fund Family Campaign is Underway!

Yesterday we launched the Annual Fund campaign! Running from Wednesday, September 30 through Friday, November 6, this five-week effort is a chance for our collective generosity to create a direct impact in our community.

Tuition is Bush's primary source of revenue, but tuition alone does not cover the full cost of educating a student. Pricing tuition at the true cost of education would put a Bush education out of reach for many families. Philanthropy closes that gap.

The Annual Fund is not a supplement to the school's budget, but it is a core part of how Bush operates every year. It directly funds:
  • The difference between what tuition covers and the actual cost per student
  • Financial aid, which keeps a Bush education accessible to a socioeconomically diverse community
  • Competitive faculty and staff compensation, so Bush can recruit and retain excellent educators in one of the most expensive cities in the country
  • The community engagement, civic action, and experiential learning opportunities that prepare graduates to think deeply, act ethically, solve problems creatively, navigate nuance, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
  • The learning support resources that give every student full access to the same outstanding program
Philanthropy is what makes a Bush education distinctive, accessible, and sustainable. Every gift, regardless of size, is an investment in that mission and full participation, from every corner of our community, signals the strength and shared ownership of that mission.

Gifts can be directed towards any of our strategic initiatives. Each of the four areas of support including Area of Greatest Need, Community Engagement and Civic Action, K-12 Experiential Education, and Learning Support reflects a distinct way a gift can make an immediate difference.

We hope that all families will make a gift to the Annual Fund in an amount that is meaningful to them during the campaign. You may choose to pledge or give during this period, and fulfill your commitment in monthly, quarterly, or one-time payments, with all gifts completed by June 30, 2027.
